This morning, six of our Year 5 pupils visited Darland School for a Maths morning. first of all they investigated 3D shapes using playdough and cocktail sticks. They were then thrown in at the deep end and asked to compete in a Maths relay challenge to see who could solve the most Maths puzzles in an hour. After an incredibly hard fought battle, we are thrilled to announce that out of 9 teams in total, our teams of children came 2nd and 3rd! What a fantastic achievement – we are all so proud of you!
