This term, we will be introducing the My Child At School (MCAS) app to further support communication between home and school.
The MCAS app links directly to Bromcom, our school management system, and will allow parents to access key information about their child in one place, such as:

Attendance information

Messages and communications from school – sharing dates/events etc.

Key pupil details which parents can update when needed

Reward points earned by their child at school

An easier and more direct way to make payments to school for trips, snacks etc.

A booking system for extra-curricular clubs and Parent Sharing Events
To access the app, it is essential that we have an up-to-date email address on file for each child, as login details and access links are issued via email.
Important action for Years 5 & 6 parents
Parents and carers of pupils in Years 5 and 6 are asked to email [email protected]
with any changes or updates to their email address as soon as possible. This will ensure that app access links can be issued and that our records are accurate.

Roll-out timetable
The app will be introduced in phases as follows:

Further information, including guidance on downloading and using the app, will be shared with each year group as the roll-out progresses.
