Dear Parents/Carers of Children in Dosbarth Mrs Cartwright (Emerald),
Great News! We have secured funding for an orchard and are having a delivery of 15 Fruit Trees to get us started.
Miss Bentley, our Forest School Leader, would like the children in Dosbarth Mrs Cartwright to plant the trees with the help of their parents/carers and family members.
Please come along on Monday 2nd February, at 1pm to help your child plant a tree– all equipment will be provided. There will be some digging involved, however, don’t let this put you off, there’ll be lots of other jobs to do too!

We hope the children will be able to watch the trees developing over the coming years and with any luck, when they’re in the juniors they’ll be able to taste the fruit that grows on the trees they planted.
