It may feel like your children have only just started Nursery, but it’s now time to think about applying for their Reception place for September 2027!
Applications for Reception places open today, 21st September 2026 and close on 15th January 2027.

Please be aware that having a Nursery place at Park CP does not automatically guarantee or secure a place in our Reception class. All parents/carers must make a separate application for a Reception place through Wrexham County Borough Council, even if your child already attends our Nursery.
We are incredibly proud of our wonderful Early Years provision at Park CP. One of the lovely features of our Nursery and Reception is the continuity we are able to offer our children. Our Early Years staff work across Nursery and Reception, meaning familiar adults remain with the children as they make that important transition into full-time school. This helps our children feel happy, confident and secure as they continue their learning journey with us. ❤️
We very much hope that all of our Nursery children are enjoying the start of their Park CP journey, and we would absolutely love to welcome them all back into our Reception class in September 2027!
