Nursery joined in the celebrations today.
The children made their own sandwiches – they buttered their bread, spread the jam, sprinkled the sugar and then cut their sandwiches into squares. They also made cheese and pineapple sticks – again cutting and skewering their own cheese and pineapple.
They helped decorate the outside area – by hanging the bunting and organising the tables and chairs.
After all their hard work, they sat down and enjoyed their party. A lovely day was had by all!
