Join Done Together CIC in Alyn Waters Country Park (Gwersyllt) on Sunday 25th April from 11-12.30pm for Growing Pots of Kindness, a lovely and free, family session celebrating Intergenerational Week. Children and young people can decorate a card and plant a seed in their own pot to gift to an older family member, neighbour, or someone in the community who may be feeling lonely and would appreciate a little act of kindness.
The aim is simple but powerful: to help reduce social isolation through a spring-inspired activity that brings generations closer together and gives someone a gift as well as some social company. This is a co-produced event, with plant pots donated by Wrexham University Civic Mission, seeds and venue provided by Wrexham Council, and the session organised and delivered by Done Together CIC. Please come along with your family for a creative morning and help us spread a little colour, connection and community spirit. 🌱💐
