Unfortunately, our booking system for the Christmas Club has allowed parents to book in despite all the places being taken. 29 children have booked in for 15 spaces and we are unable to accommodate the extra children due to limited resources available, including staffing ratios. This has only been identified this morning.
Therefore, for this club, the first 15 booked in will be given a space (our records show who was first) and the others will be prioritised for any further craft type clubs running next term.
School will contact the parents who’s children do not have space directly this afternoon via telephone.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are working to correct the issue on the booking system.
