To update the information we hold on who is authorised to collect your child, please complete the attached form by clicking on the link. Information will be confirmed in person with parents once all the data is collected.
The form allows for 5 authorised persons to collect children.
As this is new to school, please be patient as we gather the data and iron out any tweaks. We’re ensuring these robust measures are in place to safeguard your children and appreciate your support and understanding.
