Last term children Dosbarth Mrs Rogers supported the Bonfire Bonanza, hosted by Llay Miners Welfare FC, by creating a ‘guy’. We are so pleased to share with you that as a thank you for supporting them, the committee of the club have very generously donated new football goals to school!
A huge THANK YOU – DIOLCH YN FAWR IAWN to the club for this very kind donation. We’ll certainly be putting the goals to good use and the children are very excited about using them.
Llay Miners Welfare FC are committed to working within the local community and by supporting school with gestures such as this one, they are encouraging active play, sportsmanship and who knows — maybe even inspiring a few future Llay Miners Welfare FC players!
