Wizard Club has been such fun this term. The children have designed house logos, played quidditch, turned themselves into creatures or objects and even had duals (friendly ones involving giants and elves!)
Like all good things, Wizard Club does come to an end next Wednesday (26th March) and the children have asked if they can watch the first Harry Potter movie! Of course, that’s fine with me – although I am more of a book fan!
We’ll have refreshments (popcorn and drinks) whilst watching on the big screen in the hall.
Children are welcome to bring comfy clothes to change into and pillows/blankets to watch in comfort if they would like to!
We’ll start the movie around 2.30pm so that we can be finished by 5pm.
Children should be collected by the main entrance as usual and years 5/6 will be able to walk home independently, unless we hear differently from parents.
Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone is rated PG
Please note that this is only open to those children who have been part of Wizard Club.
Many thanks,
Mrs Billington
