Today at Park CP, we were delighted to host our annual Cluster Olympics, bringing together pupils from across our partner schools for a fantastic day of sport and teamwork. The day began with mixed teams, giving children the chance to make new friends while taking part in a variety of team-building activities.
During the morning session, pupils rotated through a range of events including archery, javelin, netball, cricket, long jump, and shot put. Each activity offered opportunities to practise skills, demonstrate determination, and encourage one another.
After a well-earned lunch break, the excitement continued with a series of competitive events. Teams took part in the obstacle course, cross country, relays, and sprints, showcasing their resilience, speed, and team spirit. After a thrilling afternoon of competition, France emerged as the overall winners.
All of the children were a true credit to their schools, demonstrating excellent sportsmanship, enthusiasm, and respect throughout the day. We would like to extend our thanks to The Rofft, All Saints, Holt CP, and St Peter’s for joining us and contributing to such a positive and memorable event. As always, the children representing Park CP made us incredibly proud.
A special thank you goes to Darland, and in particular the Sports Leaders, who did a superb job of organising and leading the events with energy and enthusiasm. Their support helped ensure the day ran smoothly and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
