This week, Dosbarth Celyn have been extremely busy. In Literacy, the children have been exploring poetry and learning about key features such as metaphors, personification, onomatopoeia, and alliteration. Today, they worked in groups to perform a humorous poem to their classmates, showing great confidence and creativity.
In Maths, we have begun learning about division. The children have demonstrated excellent resilience and perseverance as they tackled problem‑solving activities. Please see the link below for the method we have been using in class.
In Theme, the children have continued their learning about castles. They have explored why castles were built, their key features, and how they were attacked and defended during medieval times.
