WRAPAROUND CARE
Just a reminder that tomorrow is the beginning of May and we have noticed that a number of children are not booked in. We ask that you book your children in 7 days in advance via Parent Pay so that we can ensure that our ratios are correct and that we can accommodate everyone. This includes the children on 30 free hours.
AFTERSCHOOL CLUB
If you have booked your child into Afterschool club but you no longer need them to attend can you please contact us to let us know as we wait for them and in some cases have to go looking for them. You are not able to cancel on Parent Pay yourselves but we can do this once you have notified us. You will also be charged if your child does not attend when booked in with out contacting us as we have ensured that we have the correct number of staff to children ratio.
Could you also let us know if your child is attending any Afterschool activities as again we need to be aware of who will not be attending and who we need to collect from them.
