Years 3 & 4: Celyn – Creative Schools

Today, as part of our Creative Schools initiative, pupils in Celyn class took on the exciting challenge of designing their very own community café. Throughout the project, they carefully considered the importance of promoting healthy eating, celebrating a range of cultures, and ensuring their café would be an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone.
The children worked diligently to bring their ideas to life. They created detailed menus featuring nutritious options, while also managing a set budget to make realistic choices. In addition, they designed the layout and structure of their café building, showing creativity and thoughtful planning.
To complete their projects, the pupils developed unique logos and produced eye-catching advertisements to promote their café, showcasing both their artistic skills and entrepreneurial thinking.
