Early Years: Amber am

We’ve had another busy week! We started the week by learning how we could help out at home. We learned the BSL sign for ‘help’ and practised dusting, setting the table, washing and drying the dishes and matching up pairs of socks. The children did a great job and really enjoyed helping –  I’m sure they would love to help you at home too! During one of the playtimes, some children decided they wanted to build an obstacle course. They worked together rolling tyres and carrying wood (we even had a delivery van in the form of a bike!). They took turns and had a wonderful time! We have also been learning about Chinese New Year. We have done lots of fun activities, including eating with chopsticks. The chicken noodles, prawn crackers and ‘lucky’ oranges went down a treat!
