We celebrated the first of December with a special assembly led by Pastor David this morning, which has really got us in the festive mood! Pastor David spoke about the four key messages of the season: Hope, Peace, Joy and Love.
So, this year for Advent, we’re doing something different! We’re asking the children to take part in our special class challenges. Some classes are being challenged to do 24 random of acts of kindness; some have 24 fitness tasks; others have a mixture.
The children will be bringing home their Advent Challenge sheets and we’re asking parents to sign off each day that they complete the activity. Those children who do all 24 challenges will be rewarded in the New Year with a special certificate and treat!
