Years 3 & 4: Dyfrdwy

As part of our Mindfulness program in Dyfrdwy we have identified our strengths and thought of some things we would like to improve. So, yesterday we spent the afternoon practicing. Our aspirations included cooking, tennis and coding. We would like to thank the Year 5 pupils who used their expertise to help us. Everyone agreed they had made some progress and hopefully we can continue to practise to develop even more.
